THIS LEAGUE WAS CREATED FOR PEOPLE TO HAVE FUN!!! ZERO TOLERANCE FOR FIGHTING!!!
MANAGERS AND COACHES ARE EQUAL IN RESONSIBILITY. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR TEAMS BEHAVIOR. Managers and Coaches must behave according to the NHSF. (2 indirect fouls, and 1 direct Technical Foul or 2 direct Technical Foul causes the captain and or coach to be ejected out of the game.) Ask the Referee regarding this rule.
WE RESERVED THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR APPLICATION TO ENTER THIS LEAGUE IF WE FEEL THAT YOU OR YOUR TEAM WILL BE A PROBLEM IN THIS LEAGUE. THIS IS A PRIVATE LEAGUE.
Referees Job: to enforce the rules of basketball and the league's rules.
Staff Job: to keep scores, judge the team, give technical fouls for misbehaving, and enforce the rules of basketball and the league's rules.
Players Job: to play basketball (win or lose) and maintain good sportsmanship and follow the referees and the staff and all the rules.
CURSING / PROFANITY IS ONE TECHNICAL FOUL (STARTING 4-18-10)
DISRESPECTING ANYBODY-IT'S A TECHNICAL FOUL
A REFEREE CALL IS FINAL. HOWEVER YOU MAY DISCUSS IT WITH THE REF BY CALLING AN OFFICIAL TIME OUT WHICH EACH TEAM HAS, 1 PER GAME. IF YOU ARE OUT OF OFFICIAL TIME OUT, YOU MAY LET THE REF KNOW ABOUT WHATEVER IT IS (WITH RESPECT) DURING THE GAME. DOING IT WITH NO RESPECT MAY COST YOU A TECHNICAL FOUL. THE TEAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR BEHAVIOR AND THEIR AUDIENCE'S BEHAVIOR. IF THE AUDIENCE IS VIOLATING ANY OF OUR RULE HERE IT WILL BE A TECHNICAL FOUL ON YOUR TEAM AND THE AUDIENCE MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE GAME. ON THE 3RD TEAM TECHNICAL FOUL YOUR TEAM WILL FORFEIT THE GAME. THIS IS TO KEEP TEAMS/AUDIENCE FROM MISBEHAVING. YOU MAY BE FINED FOR DISREPECTING ANY STAFF, REFS, AND OTHER PEOPLE IN THE LEAGUE OR AUDIENCE AND MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN OUR LEAGUE TO WATCH NOR PARTICIPATE. WE WILL FINE THE TEAM HE OR SHE SUPPORTS IF RULES HERE ARE NOT FOLLOWED. DISRESPECTING ANY STAFF OR OFFICIAL IS A MINIMUM FINE OF $20.00 AND/OR DISRESPECTING
ANY STAFF OR OFFICIAL IS A DOUBLE TECHNICAL FOUL.
"DIVISION 2 RULE"
In DIVISION 2 "A" & "B" LEVEL ONLY, MAX. three 6'0" to 6'3" players on the court at a time. In the event your team doesn't have UNDER 6'0" players due to no show, you can have four 6'0" to 6'3" players on the court but only 4 players unless the other team is okay with your team all 5 players 6'0" to 6'3" on the court, disregarding the "DIVISION 2 RULE". This DIVISION 2 RULE can be overriden if the other team agrees with your team set up. The purpose of this is to keep it fair for everyone. A team having all 5 players of 6'0" to 6'3" height playing against a team that has only 5 players of 5'10" will not be fair, although both teams fit under the DIVISION 2, 6'3" and under.
If your team wants to play 6'3" and under with NO DIV 2 RESTRICTION, then your team will play in the Division 2 ELITE LEVEL, NOT IN THE COMPETITIVE "A" or "B" (DIVISION 3 HAS NO HEIGHT RESTRICTION Like the NBA.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MOVE YOUR TEAM UP OR DOWN A DIVISION.
PLAY IN MORE THAN ONE DIVISION
Teams can play in DIFFERENT DIVISIONS, for example, Division 2a and Asian League A.
VERY IMPORTANT
#1 rule- All participating players will be responsible for their own medical
insurance. CBLSPORTS staff and its owners are not liable for any injuries on the basketball
courts or around the premises. Injuries and even death may occur from participating. All
participants must see their MEDICAL DOCTOR to see whether they are fit and healthy to participate in this league.
#2 rule- Officials and staff may request players and or spectators
to leave the premises. By not following the officials and or staff request, it is TRESPASSING BY LAW.
#3 rule- Officials and staff will reign over the game. They have the right to stop the game remove people from the gym for ANY REASON.
All games will be played under CIF Rules with some modification.
Rules will be revised during season as the Sports Program Director (SPD)
deams necessary especially for safety reasons.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS PER TEAM
A team can have a maximum of 15 players starting 2-10-10. Awards limited to 10 and who was present at the finals.
ONLY the LEAGUE MANGAER have the authority to approve players to be added to the rosters.
TO ADD PLAYER(S) DURING THE SEASON
1. Team must be lacking players (determined by the League Manager)
2. 4th game, OFFICIAL ROSTER WEBSITE PAGE IS FINALIZE. You can add players if you are lacking players, please consult with the League Manager first. We want to keep this league for everybody, and NO RINGERS PLEASE. 4. To add players if approved by League manager, The player must read the rules and fill out the electronic form, download and submit signed contract to the League Manager prior to playing. Player must pay the league fee in the registration.
5. The player must not be from another team and be used to gain advantage over other teams.
6. Player must pay the fee (adding a player) via pay pal.
7. Final approval must be made from the League Manager. NO RINGERS!
PLAYERS MUST SUBMIT A SIGNED WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM OR NO PLAY.
OFFICIAL ROSTER FINALIZED 3RD WEEK
Players that aren't on the roster will NOT be allowed to play. Mininum players registered required is 5 or that team will not be scheduled
to play and thats a forfeit. Each player must complete the registration and submit it. False registration or incomplete
registration will not be counted. The roster may be finalized by the 3rd game of each season. Each season, all players, new or returning
must complete the registration. The stats-keeper and the opposing TEAM CAPTAIN ask the player in question. The roster is in the emails created by completing the forms (registration) If the players(s) name is not registered, league manager will verify after the game via computer, the team who used a non register player will forfeit the game and will be fined. Players must bring PHOTO ID. Stats-keepers have the authority not to allow a player to participate if the player does not bring photo ID. Your team may forfeit if you use unregistered player(s).
3 TECHNICAL FOULS
Players that has 3 technical fouls in the season must pay a minimum of $20 up to max fine, before being allowed to play again and or be suspended for the following game. In the official roster, your name may have an "* " for every technical foul you make.
MINIMUM PLAYERS TO PLAY
Minimum 3 players to start the game and minimum 1 to finish the game.REVISED 9/12/10
UNIFORM
Team must have a matching color jerseys with a number, not taped or written. Violation is 10 points in the beginning of the game or during the game if a late player plays and violates the uniform code. Maximum penalty per game is 10 points. If 10 points deduction is not made in the game, a forfeit will be given after the game. Starting Spring 2010. REVISED SUMMER 2010 NO COTTON MATERIAL JERSEYS.

BORROWING PLAYERS (instead of forfeiting)
It is 10 points awarded to other team if you borrow a PLAYER in our league. (3OO RULE)
FOULS, FIGHTS, & FLAGRANT
Although a player has 5 fouls per game, the fouls must not be used to injure a player.
Players using fouls to injure another player will be removed from the game and will be fined. A player that is caught stirring up arguments/fights, trash talking, disrespecting officials, pushing, and etc., may be sent to sit down for minimum 5 minutes (cool off) or be sent out to the parking lot or be sent home, or be suspended. The officials, refs and scoretable persons, can apply this rule on any players. If the player refuse to obey, his/her whole team may forfeit, be suspended, and be fined.
REVISED 9/12/2010 IRRESPONSIBLY PLAYING AND HURTING A PLAYER- YOU WILL REMOVE FROM THE GAME AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED TO THE LEAGUE UNTIL FINES ARE PAID, (MIN $20) AND OR AT MGR'S DISCRETION.
NUMBER OF GAMES PER SEASON-ALL TEAMS WILL BE IN THE PLAYOFF
YOU ARE GUARANTEED 8 GAMES. ON THE 8TH GAME (SINGLE ELIMINATION PLAYOFF), THEY WILL ELIMINATE EACH OTHER TO DETERMINE WHO WILL GO TO FINALS. IN A 6 TEAM DIVISION, THE TOP 2 TEAMS WILL HAVE A BYE ON THE 8TH GAME, BECAUSE THEY ARE ALREADY IN THE PLAYOFF UNLESS THEY ARE BOTH TIE IN EVERYTHING (PER TIE BREAKER RULES) AND PLAYING EACH OTHER IS THE MOST FAIR RESOLUTION DETERMINED BY THE LEAGUE MANAGER. IN A 4 TEAM DIVISION, ALL 4 TEAMS WILL PLAY THE 8TH GAME, SEEDED ACCORDINGLY. FROM THE 4 TEAMS, ONLY 2 TEAMS WILL MAKE THE FINALS.
SCORECARD AND REFEREE FEES SUBMITTED BEFORE PLAYING
The game will start per schedule. The score table may sound the horn 3 times in which you have 1 minute to turn in your scorecard and ref fees. If a team is not ready to play, and the other team is, then that team will shoot freethrows up to 10 minutes till the other team gets ready. After 10 minutes, late team forfeits unless the other team is okay to continue the game. Scorekeeper can go by any clock he/she chooses. The freethrowing teams will add points to their freethrows for the final score. If both teams delays the game, the clock will start per schedule up to 20 minutes, then they both forfeit. Irregardless, the clock will run according to schedule not according to jumpball time.
PLAYOFF ON THE 8TH GAME, REF FEES + $5 FOR AN ON SITE LEAGUE MANAGER TO ENFORCE RULES PER TEAM IN EFFECT 9/12/10
THE CLOCK
2-18 minutes halves game BUTat League Mgr's Descretion, he/she can make it 2-20 minutes halves.
THE CLOCK WILL START PER SCHEDULE or When Scoretable is ready(no sooner than the schedule of game) NOT PER JUMPBALL! BECAUSE IT DELAYS OTHER GAMES. So pay your ref fees and turn in your scorecard 5 minutes prior to your game start and get on the court ready to play. For example, if team A is not ready and team B is ready, team B will shoot freethrows, clock will start, and keep shooting until team A is ready to play. TOURNAMENT GAME CLOCK - 2-20 MIN HALVES RUNNING CLOCK,OVERTIME IS 2 MIN RUNNING, EXCEPT FOR THE LAST 2 MINUTES CLOCK STOPS IF SCORE DIFFERENTIAL IS 8 POINTS OR LESS. ONE 15SEC TIME OUT ON OVERTIME. AFTER OVERTIME, IT'S SUDDEN DEATH. TIE-BREAKER IS SOLVED BY LOOKING AT PREVIOUS GAMES, FOR EXAMPLE, IF TEAM A PREVIOUSLY HAVE BEATEN TEAM B, THEN TEAM A RANKS HIGHER, OR IF TEAM A AND B NEVER PLAYED AGAINST EACH OTHER, WE GO BY TOTAL POINTS OF THE TOURNAMENT.
LEAGUE TIME CLOCK
Overtime – 1 minute
Double OT – SUDDEN DEATH, no clock, first point wins.
TIME OUTS
3 time-outs (15sec) for the regulation game and can be used anytime.
1 official time out-for team captains only to talk to officials/scoretable per game with respect (rev 4-28-10)
NO timeouts in overtime.
HALF TIME
1 minute half-time
FOULS CIF RULES
One-and-One on the 7th team foul.
Two shots on the 10th team foul.
Team fouls reset every half.
Each player is allowed 5 personal fouls.
2 free throws plus possession every technical foul and intentional foul .
2 technical fouls or 1 Flagrant Foul: Out of game.
1 technical foul for verbal abuse to officials, staff and spectators. Staff may request
referee(s) to give a technical foul to player(s).
LAST 60 SECONDS STOP CLOCK
Stop Clock on all deadballs or fouls only in the last 60 seconds of second half and if the score differential is 9 points OR less.
If score differential changes during the freethrows, clock will not run until the ball is inbounded. (REV3-29-10)
TIP OFF
After tip off, Possession rule is used for jumpball and half-time.
SINGLE ELIMINATION - 8TH GAME PLAYOFF THEN FINALS
4 TEAMS IN A DIVISION = AT THE 7TH GAME, TEAMS WILL PLAY EACH OTHER AGAIN AT A RANDOM PICK, 8TH GAME ALL TEAMS WILL PLAY, 9TH GAME WINNERS FROM 8TH GAME, FINAL. 6 TEAMS IN A DIVISION = 8TH GAME ONLY BOTTOM 4 WILL PLAY, TOP 2 WILL HAVE A BYE, 9TH GAME, WINNERS OF 8TH GAME VS TOP 2 TEAM. 10TH GAME, WINNER OF 9TH GAME, FINAL. 8 TEAMS IN A DIVISION = 8TH GAME, PLAYOFF. 9TH GAME ONLY WINNERS OF 8TH GAME, 9TH IS 2ND ROUND PLAYOFF, 10TH GAME, FINAL.
DOUBLE ELIMINATION FORMAT ARE for tournaments
SOMETIMES WE USE THE SINGLE ELIMINATION IN TOURNAMENTS.

TIE-BREAKER
Tie-breaker- 1). PRIORITY REGISTRATION DATE 2). previous game result
3). Team with no problem in the league will have a better record 4).Coin toss.
MODIFIED CIF RULE
1. Last 60 seconds, when time out is called, the ball may be inbounded from the division line, table opposite. Otherwise,
all balls will be inbounded closest location to where the ball was when time out was called.
2. Last 60 seconds, players may intentionally foul to stop the clock and the penalty is just a common foul,
HOWEVER, IF THE FOUL IS INTENTIONAL AND IT CAN INJURE A PLAYER SUCH AS IN A BREAKAWAY, GOING
FOR A LAY UP AND YOU ARE NO LONGER PLAYING THE BALL, PENALTY WILL BE INTENTIONAL FOUL. PLEASE REMIND THE OFFICAL.
FLAGRANT FOUL PER CIF
Player who commits a flagrant foul, he is automatically removed from the game with one game suspension with possible fine.
CODE OF CONDUCT-BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE GAME
THE QUICKEST WAY FOR A PLAYER TO BE REMOVED FROM THE COURT IS DOING THE FOLLOWING:
There is ZERO tolerance for confronting, facing an opponent with intent to initiate a fight, about to strike, striking, fighting, threatening, laying a hand on another player, verbal abuse, pose to strike someone, or poor sportsmanship. There is ZERO tolerance for refusal to obey the officials and or staff.
There is ZERO tolerance for disrespecting the rules or making fun of, or mocking any officials or staff.
There is ZERO tolerance for demonstrating unsportsman like conduct including the following:
1) spiking the ball during or after the game (may forfeit the game).
2) throwing foreign objects or by other forceful action.
3) using rough tactics which may injure other players.
4) profanity, obscenety, use hand gestures, or stare downs and any type of unsportsmanship
5) breakaway foul or fouling hard - up to double technical foul and or automatic 2 points and possesion of the ball
(when you foul a player in motion for a lay up or a shot, by him/herself, who is ahead of you, especially at a running pace, and especially in fast breaks.)
6) bumping or fouling an opponent while he/she is in mid air for a "aliyoop" or similar to that.
7) talking trash to anyone including players, officials, staff, and audiences (if it offends that person).
A player that behaves in such manner mentioned above, risk him/herself, or his/her whole team of being suspended from the league
and or forfeit the game in a later date.The team/player that demonstrated the above mention will receive a Up to double technical foul and or will be fined up to $2,000.00 and/or removed from the league indefinitely.If a player commits the above mentioned behavior, the whole team accepts the responsibility.
A team may be suspended, forfeit that game, or the next, or the player involved may be suspended alone, depending on the league manager.
Suspended players are not allowed in our premises even in the parking lot. Suspended players found in our premises are charged with trespassing and law enforcement will be involved and his team may be dropped from the league and or fined. Suspension can be coupled with fines up to $2,000.00 and may require the player a BOND to return to play.The BOND is refundable if there are no more infraction.
The officials, staff, and the League Manager reserves the right to remove any person from the gym for any reason.
Score table can issue technical fouls to players when provoked.
Captains are held accountable for the conduct of their players and spectators. They are
sole representative of their team and must inform his/her team of new rules.
USING PLAYER(S) NOT REGISTERED AND/OR
NOT APPROVED BY LEAGUE MGR
The team MANAGER OR COACH is fully responsible for the unregistered player(s) playing in his team.
The Managers/Coaches are responsible for MAKING SURE ALL his/her players is registered or not. They can email the league manager for the list of registered players. If his/her player is not registered, he/she is required to have the player register prior to playing.
Team will forfeit, lose forfeit bond, and may be suspended with up to $100 U.S. DOLLAR fine if unregistered player is used.
Team Manager and or Coach are fully responsible for their teams injuries. Cblsports are not responsible nor Liable.
Team Managers and Coaches you must get them registered and so that they will know the rules too!
SUSPENSION AND FINES
A team that is suspended for any reason is required to pay the fine before
the team can be scheduled to play.
FORFEIT BOND, REF FEES, UNPAID BAL, and "NO SHOW" TEAM
Forfeit Bond guarantees the two referees/scoretable will be paid by your team alone in an event your team fails to show up for the game. Forfeit Bond also is used as a fine when team fails to show up. Forfeit Bond is also another fine used when their team member or audience or guest gets into a fight, from a minimum of putting a HAND ON ANY PERSON, that associated team will lose their forfeit bond. No teams will be allowed to play without the bond fee or you have an outstanding balance. If your team forfeits, your team must pay another bond fee of $60 and if your team has a prepaid ref fees, its $30. Your team must pay this fee via paypal 5 days before your normal scheduled game day. For example, Sunday league, you must pay this amount no later than the following tueday midnight. For thursday league, you must pay this amount no later than the following saturday midnight. So if you forfeit sunday, you must pay the amount the following tuesday no later than midnight. If you forfeit thursday, your deadline to pay is saturday midnight. If you are a free agent and your team forfeits, your whole team will be fined $60 and each player must pay their equal share. The fee must be paid before the deadline in order for your team be considered to be scheduled for the following game. Each time your team is not scheduled because fine or the bond is not paid prior to the deadline date, your team will be charged another $60. For example, your team forfeits sunday, your team failed to pay for the forfeit fee by tuesday midnight, your team will not be scheduled for the following sunday game and your team will be charged another $60. Each unscheduled game your team will be charge accordingly. UNSCHEDULED TEAM IS COUNTED AS A LOSS DUE TO UNPAID BALANCE, NO FORFEIT BOND POSTED, UNPAID BAL, AND UNPAID FINES. SO CONTACT YOUR LEAGUE MANAGER THAT SAME FORFEITED DAY AND HAVE AN ARRANGEMENT FOR REPAYMENT.
FINES

Reinstatement fee from (team or individual) suspension. Player or team will not play till fine is paid.

Teams that use players that are suspended from the league

Return fee for all checks that bounce and the team that player belongs to may not play till fines are paid.

Failure to leave the bench clean will result in a $5 fine. The chairs must be put away after the
game or $5 fine will be assessed. Stats-keepers, refs, staff may assess the fine but there
must be photographic evidence showing exact time and date.
PLAYERS/FANS TIME IN THE GYM AND IN THE PARKING LOT
Players and fans are not allowed to stay after the game for any reason. They must leave the premises within 5 minutes after their game. Penalty -
lose forfeit bond and or that team will be fine minimum $20.
COMPLAINTS AND ISSUES
IT WILL ONLY BE HANDLED THROUGH EMAILS, AND EMAILS WILL BE SAVE FOR REFERENCES. ONLY TEAM MANAGERS AND COACHES WILL COMMUNICATE WITH THE LEAGUE MANAGER (NO PLAYERS). IF A PLAYER HAS AN ISSUE OF ANY SORT, YOU MUST DISCUSS IT WITH YOUR TEAM MANAGER OR YOUR COACH SO THAT THEY CAN EMAIL THE ISSUE TO THE LEAGUE MANAGER. VIOLATING THIS RULE WILL COST
THE TEAM TO LOSE THEIR FORFEIT BOND AND MAY BE FINED WITH MINIMUM $20.
FORFEIT BOND REFUND
TEAM MANAGER MUST REQUEST REFUND FOR THEIR FORFEIT BOND VIA EMAIL ONLY. THE EMAIL WILL BE USED FUTURE REFERENCE.
REFUND WILL BE ONLY HANDLED THROUGH PAYPAL. NO EMAIL, NO REFUND. YOU HAVE ONLY UP TO ONE MONTH AFTER THE SEASON YOU PLAYED IS OVER TO REQUEST FOR IT. THEN AFTER ONE MONTH, NO MORE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND THAT MEANS
YOU FORFEITED THE FORFEIT BOND.

Also include Team Name on all checks. Checks that bounce are subject to a $40 return fee.
All fees must be made before allowed to play.
Teams that have not paid ref fees for their upcoming games will not be scheduled to play AND THAT'S A FORFEIT.
REFUND POLICY
Refund will only be granted if the situation is one of the following:
The Director was not able to provide a gym within 30 air miles from the proposed gym (original gym)
or the Director was not able to provide any games.
We use the money for the following costs: administration, searching for gyms, reserving gyms, and etc. before
we start the season. (8-7-10 more detailed explanation: If you are already registered and later you cannot play for any reason,
no refund will be given). If we decide to refund you your money, there will be 50% service charge for the loss.
LEAGUE FEE BOND POLICY
Deposit LEAGUE FEE BOND. Your team "SAME PLAYERS" must play minimum of 4 seasons straight
in order to get your LEAGUE FEE BOND back. Once your team have completed the 4 seasons, you have to
request the league fee refund in a form of email. The Original coach or team captain that signed up the team is the only one that can get the refund. He or she must request a refund via email to fred@cblsports.com . There will be a $50 processing fee per transaction.

FILLING OUT THE FORM PROCEDURE
IT IS UNLAWFUL TO FILLOUT THE FORM FOR SOMEBODY ELSE. FILLING OUT AND AGREEING FOR THAT PERSON
ON OUR FORM IS FORGERY AND UNLAWFUL, AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OUTCOME DUE TO IMPERSONATION. ONLY AN ADULT AND ONLY
THAT PERSON IN THAT FORM CAN FILL OUT THE FORM!!! ATTENTION TO ALL PARTICIPANTS, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY IF YOU HAVE NOT
COMPLETED THE FORM CORRECTLY. IF YOU AND OR YOUR TEAM CAPTAIN/COACH ALLOWS YOU TO PLAY WITHOUT PRIOR COMPLETING THE FORM
PROPERLY, YOU AND YOUR CAPTAIN/COACH IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OUTCOME!!! YOU ARE ILLEGAL TO PLAY IF YOU HAVE NOT TURNED IN

TEAM MANAGERS, CAPTAINS, AND COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE to make sure all his/her players and himself/herself to turn in a completed
waiver and release form prior to playing. Without this form submitted, you and your players are violating the rules WILL BE FINED, MIN OF $20.

Team Managers and Coaches
1). You need to bring a scorecard each game 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR GAME with complete information. If you forget to bring one, you can purchase a scorecard from the score keeper for a $1. You must also turn in one completed Waiver and release form per team per season or your players will not be able to play. Please go to SCORECARD - DOWNLOAD TAB to download it.
2). EACH PLAYER IN YOUR TEAM MUST FILLOUT THE ELECTRONIC FORM BELOW TO PLAY OR YOU FORFEIT (SEE ABOVE RULES). UNREGISTERED PLAYERS ARE NOT LEGAL TO PLAY HERE. IT'S THE TEAM MANAGER/COACH 'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ALL HIS PLAYERS ARE LEGAL TO PLAY. REGISTERED PLAYER MEANS = THEY HAVE READ AND AGREE WITH THE RULES, FILLOUT THE FORM CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY, SIGNED THE WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM AND SUBMITTED TO THE LEAGUE MANAGER. ALL PARTICIPANTS PLAY AT THEIR OWN RISK!!!
ONLY REGISTERED PEOPLE CAN ATTEND THE GAMES AND THAT'S INCLUDING THE SPECTATORS. IF SPECTATORS ARE DISRUPTING THE GAME, THE TEAM THEY SUPPORT WILL FORFEIT THAT GAME. The game may be stopped for safety purposes due to unruly spectators and players. Then the Game will be continued the next time or forfeit the team who brought the spectators/players to ruin the game, decided by League Manager. Team Captains and teams are responsible for bringing in their spectators. If they are not registered, they are not allowed to watch, that resposible team is violating and may forfeit the game.
COMPLAINTS AND ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF TEAM CAPTAINS/COACHES:
IF YOUR TEAM HAS AN ISSUE OF WHAT EVER IT IS, BRING IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE SCOREKEEPER AND REFEREES. For example:
If you noticed that the other teams are using a non-registered player, or no jersey, or whatever it is, LET THE REF AND THE SCOREKEEPER KNOW.
PLEASE DON'T WAIT TILL YOU LOSE THE GAME AND COMPLAIN. BECAUSE ONCE THE GAME IS OVER, IT'S OVER!!!
ACTUAL EVENT 1: Team A is not wearing a proper jerseys, Team B is wearing jerseys. Team A and B Jump the ball and it happens that Team B loses. Guess what they complained about, "IT'S NOT FAIR, WE SHOULD OF WON THIS GAME; THEY DID NOT HAVE JERSEYS ON".
ACTUAL EVENT 2: At the first half, scorekeeper fails to put 1 point on the scoreboard for TEAM A, TEAM A coach and team don't say anything. At the second half, the score between the two teams are tied. As a Result, TEAM B WINS BY 10 POINTS AT THE END OF THE GAME. Team A coach believes that he could of won the game. He complained about the 1 point after the game was over. ONCE THE GAME IS OVER, IT IS OVER!
4-25-10 BLOW OUT RULE
REFEREE(S) CAN STOP THE GAME AT THE LAST QUARTER/HALF WHEN THE SCORE DIFFERENTIAL IS SO GREAT THAT'S IT'S IMPOSSIBLE FOR
A TEAM TO EVEN GET THEIR POINTS CLOSE TO A COMPETITIVE GAME.
ANY TEAM THAT REFUSES TO FOLLOW ALL THE RULES
MAY NOT BE SCHEDULED FOR THE FOLLOWING GAME AND UNSCHEDULED GAME DUE TO THIS MEANS YOU LOSE THE GAME AND YOU FORFEIT.
YOU MUST CHECK THE SCHEDULE 4HRS PRIOR TO YOUR GAME TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY CHANGES.
