"It's not uncommon to find basketball players playing for years and
lack most of these skills.  They primarily depend on their Speed and
Verticality when they play,  but as they age, their speed and their
jumping ability diminishes.  At that point, it's time for them to retire at age
30 or even younger.  Don't you want to keep on playing even when you
are older than 28?  When age takes back the gift that comes with your
youth, you must have skills, techniques, and basketball IQ to REMAIN
COMPETETIVE even after the age of 28.  These knowledge is
very beneficial for older players and EVEN MORE SO for younger players.
Imagine combining techniques with speed and strength."
TECHNIQUES
This training program will prepare players for HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL.
 WHAT HAPPENS IN A TYPICAL
 HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL TRY OUTS:

About 30 students show up for tryout.

Coach will make them do drills like lay ups, shooting,
jump shots, passing, running and etc. and the coach
will watch the students's physical condition and ability.

Divides groups and have a 5 on 5 basketball game for
 30 minutes.  The coach will
 observe INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS DEMONSTRATING
 THEIR BASKETBALL SKILLS.

The coach is looking for SUPERSTAR PLAYERS.

On offense, the coach watches the following: excellent
ball handling, excellent passing skills, excellent
jumpshots, excellent 3pt shots, excellent lay ups,
excellent bank shots, running to get open for a shot,
 and basketball I.Q.

On defense, coach watches the following: excellent
defense, excellent defense using footwork not hands,
communicating with other players, stealing balls,
intercepting passes, rebounds, excellent box out,
guard the baseline, prevent other teams from having
 offensive rebounds, and basketball I.Q.

THESE ARE WHAT THE COACHES ARE LOOKING
FOR IN A PLAYER, NOT A TEAM.  HE WILL FORM
THE TEAM BASED ON WHAT KIND OF PLAYERS
 HE GETS FROM THE TRYOUT.

Believe it or not, players who make it in the tryout is
 because they are INDIVIDUALLY GOOD!

Our job here is to make YOU GOOD IN BASKETBALL.
