PROS & CONS OF ZONE DEFENSE
PROS & CONS OF MAN TO MAN DEFENSE
"It's not uncommon to find basketball players playing for years and
lack most of these skills. They primarily depend on their Speed and
Verticality when they play, but as they age, their speed and their
jumping ability diminishes. At that point, it's time for them to retire at age
30 or even younger. Don't you want to keep on playing even when you
are older than 28? When age takes back the gift that comes with your
youth, you must have skills, techniques, and basketball IQ to REMAIN
COMPETETIVE even after the age of 28. These knowledge is
very beneficial for older players and EVEN MORE SO for younger players.
Imagine combining techniques with speed and strength."
